Soon Lakshmana went to the disciple of Sage Agasthya’s “Son of Ayodhya Dasaratha’s son Rama with his wife Sita Devi have come to have Dharashan (audience) of Sage Agasthya. I am his younger borther Lakshmana. I have devotion, and affection towards him. This must be known to you. Due to Father’s command we are living here in the Forest. Please inform Sage Agasthya about arrival”. - said Lakshaman. ‘I will do accordingly’ replied the disciple and went into Agnihothrashala did Namskar and conveyed ‘Lord ! Dasratha’s sons Rama Lakshmana and Sitadevi have come and want to have your audience and serve you your ordain please”. Agasthya was in Bliss to know that his Kula Devatha (Family Deity) Rama Lakshamana have come in search of him. Agasthya said “I have been waiting for his arrival for a very long time. He has come today? I’m Very Happy. Please do extend courtesey and bring them in. Why have you not brought them in so far?” Asked sage. Disciple came out and for having delayed he was worried and asked Lakshamana “Who is Rama? You can see the Great Sage” said disciple. Lakshmana took him and shown Rama and Sita. The disciple said the same words Sage said to Rama with humility. And with all Upachaaram –Extend Courtsies-Civilities-vidhipadi –Portocol offered him Roots / Fruits and did civilites of Prayers accorded those daystook them in. While on the way Rama saw the Deers were loitering in tranquility,saw the Temple for worships for Brahma, Agni, Vishnu,Indra, Surya, Chandra, Bhagan, Khubera, Dhatha, Vidhatha, Vayu, Anantha, Gayathri, Vasus. (‘Yovaisapthasatham’ manthara17 letters ruling Dieties).
Meanwhile Rama noticing that Agasthya with his disciples was coming to greet them said “Lakshmana ! See. Dazzling Thejas (Effervesence of Limitless Aura ) oozing from the saints, leading them is the Mahathamans (great Soul) is Sage Agasthya; with limitless Aura and radiance is it not becoming clear he is the Sage?” thus having said, The great Warrior Rama, Lakshmana and Sita touched the feet of Sage Agasthya and paid respects and stood with folded hands. Agasthya did Athithi Puja (Worship to Guest) as per protocol prelevant then and enquired their welfare and offered seats. Then did Vaiwas devam and gave the Athithis (guest) argyam, Padhyam (serving water for drinking, cleanising) pooja and gave them Food Gandha Moola Pahla (Fruits, Flowers, Roots, Vegetables) which Vanaprastha (Stage of Life after children, grand children , you foresake all including wealth, desire, Lust, Anger, vengence, malice, enemity etc and go and Live in Forest meditaing and Praying to God for salvation) consume. He sat and also made them comfortable in their seats said “Rama! Thapasvis (Medicant Saints) should do worship the guests by offering food in Agni (fire) chanting Manthras or else the saints after Death will fall to Hell and like the fellow who gave a false witness will eat his own flesh. You are not an ordinary Guest. You are the King for all the Worlds. Person who demonstrate Dharma in your Life; Great Warrior ; worthy of worship ; my dear guest ; so by all means I should do Upachaaram – Extend Courtsies-Civilities-vidhipadi – Portocol offered him Roots / Fruits and did civilities of Prayers to be accorded now. Look this Bow was constructed by Vishwakarma for Maha Vishnu, this Missile was given by Brahma, These 2 quivers which will have Arrows full ever replenished instantly was given by Indra. Look at this Dazzling Arrows like Fire and the Sword in its sheath; see its radiance. Please accept the Bow, Arrows, Sword and the Ambara (Quivers hosting the Arrows) which have been embedded with Rare Gems and with exquitie unique Novel Carvings.Earlier Maha Vishnu with these killed Asuras (Demons ) and did good for Devas (Celestials). Like Indra bejwells with his Vajhrayudha please take charge of these weapons; please win over your Enemies and thus ensure the well being of all the Worlds “saying thus the Great Thejasvi Agasthya returned the Armaments to its original owner (Rama){ the Bow which was given by Parasurama to Rama, who in turn gave it to Varuna and he gave it to Indra, in turn gave to Sage Agasthya; this was kept in custody of Agasthya. This will be useful in slaying of Kara Dooshna and other Rakshasaas). (Slokas 38).
