Immediately Lakshmana got up , shirking up the strain of walking the previous day and laziness. Morning duties including bath,Prayers having been completed, they walked the path as shown by Sage Bharadhwajhaa towards Chithrakoot. While on their way Rama said “ Sithay ! These Pahlasa trees during spring time bloom with flowers, like a flaming torch ; thus it is seen on all four directions. The Phalasa trees full of blossommed flowers, leaves and fruits seems bent unable to bear their weight. There are none to use them. Seeing these picturesque place I will spend some time happily. See the beehives hanging there, deftly constructed by the bees, each will be able to give 4 liters of Honey. Lakshamana ! Flowers fallen from the Trees have strewn beautifully laid down as a soft carpet; seeing this the Nach Sparrow is chirping away to express it’s happiness of the Sylvan surroundings. Hearing this the peacock In return cooing back. We are able to see the top of the Chithrakoot having herds of Elephants and Hordes of Birds with pleasant lilting sounds all around. Let us wander around the Valley there, which has even ground with thick grown Trees’ They came to the Hilly terrain full of Trees and plants full of Flowers, and tasty fruits, with streams and Ponds, Birds, and Animals Rama Said “ Child ! this place looks more and more beautiful as you feast your eyes on them. Different types of Trees, plants,Fruits, roots,, crystal clear water are avaialable here in abundance. Great Saints are also living here. Let us also Live here.” Said Rama. Then they went to Valmiki Maharishi (Great Sage) hermitage and paid respects..He received them with civilities to the Athithi(Visitors) as is applicable and enquired ‘be seated, trust you came safely!’ for that Rama ‘Lord ! I am Emperor Dasaratha’s son; he is my brother Laskshamana; she is my wife Sitha, we as per Father’s command have planned to Live for 14 years in the forest.’ said Rama.
Later “ Lakshamana ! Please go and get strong wood like Navel which are suitable for building a hut;and we can Live comfortably. I am planning to live here for some time.”said Rama. Accordingly Lakshmana constructed a Parnasahala (Hut woofed with Wood & Leave). All this single handedly with sagacity and beautifully crafted and finished it; and was eagerly awaiting what else is he going to command.sensing this Rama said “ Child ! in this Parnashala the dieties who are presiding their respective directions (corners) have to be given as an offering the Meat of the Deer through Yagam,, if we desire for a Long life, before we enter a newly constructed house in order to satisfy those Dieties who are Living there, we have to perform Griha Pravesh shanthi (House warming ceremony such as Ganapathy Homa to ward of obstacles, Vasthu Homam, Navagriha (9Plantes) homam, bali etc) as enshrined in Shastras. By doing this Human will not have Disease, Fear, and Loss of near and dear and will be blssed with Long Life with the comfort and Luxury of Living in Heaven.
Lakshmana did as was told, Rama said “ Child ! please cook this Meat in fire.Today is Saturday–permanent day. The Muhurtham, Thithi and Star also matches. This indicates we will live here for Long time with Sukham (Comfort, Luxury, Joy, Fun,Cheer, Love, Affection and fulfilled Desires). After the meat was cooked in Fire, and the blood had gone Lakshmana called “ Brother ! the Black deer with all it’s limbs in tact is now fully, properly cooked. You are fully aware of the doctrines of Yagnya and are equal to Devathas (Celestials)**(actually Maha Vishnu is shrardha samraakshakar- who ensures all get Food including those who have died and in their outer world, is what is indicated by Lakshmana);you can start the Yagnya which satisfies the Celestials/ Dieties. Rama after Bath and as per the discipline did all the rituals that is to be done during griha Pravesha time in concise and prescribed manner and concluded the same. Rama is the embodiment of all the Manthras (vedic Verses) is there something which he does not know? The presiding Dieties for a house Like Agni(Fire), Varuna(water) and the 40 Dieties were appeased with Homa(sacrificial Fire pits in making offerings), neiyvedhyam (food offerings to god),Bali Puja and other rituals were performed and entered the Parnashala in Pristine Pure fashion. Then Sri Ramachandra Murthy was extremely pleased. He then did Vaisvaydeva – Vishnu related and Rudra related Yaga. Then ward off the evils/mishaps while living in the house Punyavachanam, GrihaShanthi, were also done without shortcoming. Since he did Rudrayagm, he cleaned himself with water,he gave Bali or offering to the cruel spirits which hover around night and day instigating us to do Sins.He created balipitham where Saints can come in telepathy/spirits, the materilas known as Chaithya for Gandharva and other celestials to come and stay,The Prayer room where Vishnu and other Gods reside was created , he installed those Dieties through Manthras(Vedic Verses by Pronouncing them). Then with those Flowers, Fruits available in the Forest and cooked Meat , with Libations of water and with recitation of Verses in Vedas with Samith(short peepal branch),kushal grass, satisfied the Spirits.. Rama, Lakshamana and Sita in that auspicious moment entered the Hut woofed with Braches of Tree and Leaves constructed as per saashtras and lived comfortably.
