“Kashyapa has a son known as Vibhandaka who is famous. He will get a son RishyaShringar. Since he has served his father from childhood he does not know anything else. Since he looks after the Agni karyas after some time his Bachelor hood will have problems”
At that time King Romapadha will be ruling that country then. Though Being a great Famous King , due to his mistake there will not be any Rain in his country for many years. Seeing the plight of all Living beings sufferings Roma pada with pained heart will call all the elderly, learned Sages, Brahmins, “ please find a way out of this worst situation, as you are the experts in all sashtras “ then the Brahmins tell him “ hey king if you can somehow get Vibhandaka’s son Rishyashringar then it will Rain. Pray to him then get him married to your daughter Shantha as per tradition. “ Thinking it is Brahmiins who are the right persons Romapadah will send Priests and his ministers with all the benovalence and humility. Those Brahmins said “ King that Sage Vibhandaka will curse us. We will not go please pardon us.” Thus they prayed to the King who was naturally saddened. As per this suggestions King will send Prostitutes to forest and get RishyaShrighar. Immediately it will rain. Roma padha will be happy and get his daughter Shantha married to RishyaShringar. That Rishyshringhar only will tell the way for Dasratha to beget son said Sage Sanathkumara.
